Research area

  • General research interest: material science, solid state physics and chemistry, electroceramics, microstructural, magnetic and electrical characterization of materials.
  • Specific research interest: kinetics of high-temperature reactions in oxide systems; synthesis of ultra-dispersed functional materials from aerosols (spray pyrolysis, freeze-drying), through mechanochemical activation and solvothermal method with special emphasis on establishing the correlation between process parameters, structural characteristics and properties of materials.
  • Current research activities: multiferroic materials, sensors, photovoltaic based on TiO2.

Skills

Professional skills include operability on following instruments: DTA/DSC, XRD, UV-VIS spectrometer, SEM/EDS, Atomic Force Microscope, Impedance analyzer, multiferroic test system.
